Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You may register using an email and password, or via Google Sign-In (OAuth). By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and profile information from Google as permitted by Google's consent screen, solely to create and maintain your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
• Account sharing, credential resale, automated scraping, bot-based access, and any attempt to circumvent our security or device-limit controls are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

To protect the integrity of paid content and prevent account sharing, we limit each account to a maximum of two (2) active devices/sessions at a time. Signing in on a third device may automatically end your oldest active session. We record limited session metadata (such as device/browser identifiers and timestamps) strictly to enforce this limit — see our Privacy Policy for details.

• All questions, notes, explanations, mock tests, current affairs content, and other materials on the Platform ("Content") are provided for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Content while your account is active and in good standing.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, scrape, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission.
• Some current affairs and notes content may be sourced or adapted from publicly available news and reference material; we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that every fact, date, or figure is error-free or fully up to date.

The Platform uses third-party AI models (including Google's Gemini) to power features such as the study-assistant chat and personalized performance analysis after mock tests. These features:

• Generate responses automatically and may occasionally be incomplete, generic, or contain inaccuracies — always cross-check important facts against your own study material.
• Are a study aid, not professional, academic, or exam-guarantee advice.
• May send relevant portions of your question/response history or test performance data to the AI provider solely to generate a response; this data is not used by us to train third-party models.

• We offer a free tier and a paid Premium plan, billed as a single upfront payment for a fixed period (currently one year, non-auto-renewing), as described on our Pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay, a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
• Subscription fees are charged upfront for the full selected period. Your Premium access simply ends at the end of that period — there is no recurring or auto-renewing charge, and nothing to actively cancel. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• No refunds under any circumstances. All payments made towards a Premium subscription are final and strictly non-refundable, in full or in part, once processed — regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, non-usage or partial usage of your subscription period, dissatisfaction with content, features, or AI-assisted responses, technical issues on your device, browser, or network, exam results or outcomes, or account suspension or termination for violation of these Terms. Please review the Pricing page and try the Free tier before purchasing, as no refund will be issued after payment. This does not affect any statutory right you may have under Indian law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
• We may change subscription pricing or plan features prospectively for future purchases; a period you have already paid for will not be shortened, altered, or refunded as a result of such changes.

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or admin-only areas of the Platform.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through any interactive feature (including chat).
• Do not use the Platform to develop a competing product or to train a competing AI model.

We aim to provide reliable, continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including AI-assisted features, which depend on third-party providers) at any time to improve quality, performance, or compliance.

BANKPREP WITH AI is an exam-preparation aid. We do not guarantee any specific exam outcome, rank, selection, or score improvement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for account sharing, abuse of AI features, payment fraud, or attempts to circumvent security controls. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@bankprepwithai.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of our Grievance Officer are provided below. You may reach out with any complaints regarding content or violations of these Terms.

• We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, as required under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, features, or legal requirements. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
